God’s Heart for the lost-Luke 15
Monday June 25
Begin our prayer walk by focusing on Luke 15. Think about the entire earthly ministry of Jesus. His singular purpose was to introduce people to his Father as the source of all life. In these 3 parables He reveals the Fathers heart for those that are lost.

The Parable of the Lost sheep. He goes after the lost sheep until He finds it!
Tuesday June 26 Luke 15:1-7
Pray for the preparation of our team-physically, mentally and spiritually

The Parable of the lost coin. She searches until she finds it!
Wednesday June 27 Luke 15: 8-10
Pray for our team leaders as they make all the final plans and take care of all the many details. Pray for Dr Bill Rogers, Claudia Adame, Pat Powell, Veronica Lucia

“He was lost and he is found!” The fathers joy in his return.
Thursday June 28 Luke 15:11-31
Praise and thanks to God for allowing us to be a minute part of his search and to share in His joy. Pray for Pastor Americo as he works to “prepare the way” in Peru for our team. Pray for Pastor Chavez, Pastor Quispe, and Pastor Nunez as they make plans for our visit. Pray for them as they take care of all the logistics involved with such a large group for clinics and door to door and rallies.

Prescription for peace Do not be anxious in anything.
Friday June 29 Phillipians 4:4-9
Pray for each team member that they might experience the perfect peace of God as they prepare and as they go. Call them each by name.
Saturday June 30 John 1:10-14 We go because He came. Pray that you will be asked: Why did you come to Peru?” and you will have the joy of sharing.

Why did He come?
Sunday July 1 John 3:16-18
Pray that our team will be the hands and feet of Jesus and reflect His love so brightly that it will be impossible for it not to be seen.

“The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.”
Monday July 2 Matthew 9:37-38 , Luke 10:2
Praise and thanks for His provision in all areas-time, material means, health, families, friends and churches that support & encourage us in going, and especially E3 and their mission and purpose. Especially thank God for those at home who are providing financial and prayer support for this trip and ministry. May they know how vital they are in God’s desire for all to come to Him.

Tuesday July 3 John 17:20-23
Pray that many in Urubamba will hear and many will believe.

Do not worry! Your heavenly father knows what you need.
Wednesday July 4 Matthew 6:25-34 Luke 12:22-34
Pray that each team member, as we prepare to go and travel, will have peace and assurance of Gods provision for our every need.

Be strong in the Lord. The armor of God.
Thursday July 5 Ephesians 6:10-18
Pray that we may all be fitted with the full armor of God. “so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.”

Declaring the mystery of the gospel.
Friday July 6 Ephesians 6: 19-20
Pray that we will be equipped and ready to fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel (the good news) Pray especially for our Spiritual counseling team: Paulette Rogers, Bob Brown, Linda Dunn, Chelsea Hall, Kristen Baxter, Mike Boster.

The fragrance of Christ
Saturday July 7 2 Corinthians 2:14-17
Pray that we will be the sweet aroma of Christ to all , that our faces and our actions will reflect Him. Pray for our triage team- Susan Chamblee, Shelly Lauderdale, Stephanie Owens, Mary Beth Williams, Marina Williams, Tom Richey that, as they interview each patient, that sweet, sweet fragrance will be evidenced.

The gift of healing- a reflection of Gods grace.
Sunday July 8 I Peter 4: 8-11
Pray for our doctors and all medical personnel in our clinics. Lift up Bill Rogers, Jim DeLong, Julie Harper, Dewey Jones, Corey Peck, Theresa Rodgers, Greta Trimm, Gary Turner, David Williams

The Lord is my strength!
Monday July 9 Psalm 18:1-2
Pray that we claim these verses as we prepare and go. Pray especially for those working with the childrens ministry –for energy, stamina, patience and strength. Pray that Gods love will embrace each child they encounter and the joy of our Lord will surround them. Pray for Vicki Thomason, Lynn LaFoy, Troy Barker, Cynclaire Jones, Megan Risdon, Linda Dunn, and Chelsea Hall.

Conversation seasoned with salt
Tuesday July 10 Colossians 4:6
Pray that our conversation is always full of grace and seasoned with salt that not only provides flavor but creates a thirst-a thirst for the living word and God. Pray for our eye team: Cheryl Turner, Gail Jaszcz, Nancy Nelson, Billy Joe Owens, Michelle Shumate, Richard Thomason, Lauren Law, Brittany Henderson, Ali Lloyd, Chun Thigpen

Our competence comes from God
Wednesday July 11 2 Corinthians 3:4-6
Pray that each of us will rest in His competency. “He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant.” Pray for our door to door team: Kristen Baxter, Mike Boster, Phillip Clark, Chris Shumate, John Rogers, Raymond Jaszc, Jenelle Jones, Pricilla Zuniga and for each team member that participates in door to door

Overcoming fear of witnessing
Thursday July 12 2 Timothy 1:7
Thank God for His promise that He did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power and love and self discipline. Friday July 13 Psalm 29:11 “The Lord gives strength to his people. The lord blesses his people with peace.” Praise and thanks to our God for his watchful care over us. Pray for travel safety, that all of our luggage will arrive safe and sound, for all to go through customs without a “glitch”, for our transfer to the hotel and rest as we prepare for an early flight.

“I can do everything through Him who gives me strength.”
Saturday July 14 Philippians 4:13
Know that whatever God has called you to do, He will equip you to do. Praise him for this promise.

That God will open the doors of Urubamba
Sunday July 15 Colossians 4:2-5
Pray that our first day of clinic will flow smoothly ,that we will rest in Gods competency and know that our plans are not always Gods plans. This is His Mission. May we reflect only Him. Pray that with our patients and all we come in contact, that God will open a door for us to proclaim the mystery of Christ and that we might proclaim it clearly. Pray that He would open our eyes to every opportunity to share the gospel.

Monday July 16 Philippians 1:3-6
Pray for each door to door encounter. Pray that The Holy Spirit will have prepared many hearts to hear and receive.

Tuesday July 17 Colossians 2: 2-6
Pray this prayer for all new believers, that they may be encouraged in their walk and that there will be continuing discipleship for them after this week.

Wednesday July 18 Philippians 1:9-11
Pray this prayer for the churches and leaders in Urubamba that we work with. Pray that they will continue to have the vision and passion to see all of Urubamba know Christ. Pray for their encouragement.

Thursday July 19 Ephesians 3:16-19
Pray for each new believer that they may know how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ.

Friday July 20 Psalm 8
Give praise and glory to God for all that He has done and will do.

Praise God for His faithfulness and for His love.

Sunday JULY 22 Romans 15:13
Prayer for Believers in Urubamba “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

As we look up to the mountains of Peru, be reminded of the majesty of God and His presence now and forever more. Thank him and Praise Him for all that he has done this past week and in your life. Pray that when we leave Peru we will never forget.
